At ARRAN Sense of Scotland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience; if you are not, you can return your unused items within 28 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Package Your Items

  Ensure the products are in their original, unopened packaging and securely wrap them to prevent damage during transit.

  Complete the Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, clearly stating the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or exchange.

• 3.
  Post Your Return

  Affix the provided returns label to your parcel and take it to your nearest Post Office, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.
